2) Definitions

“Business Days”: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). “Order Confirmation”: Automated acknowledgement; not a guarantee of acceptance/shipment.

3) Products & Product Information

Product images are for reference; due to photography lighting, screen settings, and handcrafted/production differences, minor variations in color, finish, stone placement, size, or design may occur and are not treated as defects. Measurements are approximate; minor deviations may occur. Packaging style may change based on safety and availability.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

Prices are listed in INR (₹) and may change without prior notice. Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes where mentioned; GST invoice will be issued as per applicable law (where applicable). Promotional offers/coupons are subject to validity and may be withdrawn/modified anytime. In case of a pricing/typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount.

5) Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or limit any order (including bulk orders) due to stock availability, verification issues, suspected fraud, address constraints, or operational reasons. If an order is cancelled after payment, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method as per our Refund Policy. We may ship orders in multiple packages if needed.

6) Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card/banking details on our servers. For bank transfer/manual payments (if offered), dispatch will happen only after payment confirmation/clearance. Any gateway fees/chargebacks or reversals are subject to the payment provider’s process.

7) Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Delivery timelines shown are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. Free Shipping in Noida (if offered) may be subject to minimum order value/weight and serviceable areas (as displayed on checkout). Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, tracking details will be shared (where available). Risk of loss/damage in transit passes as per courier handover and applicable law; however, verified transit damage cases are handled as per our Claims process.

8) Delivery Failure / Customer-caused Returns

If a shipment is returned due to customer reasons such as wrong/incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, multiple failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability: – The order will not be treated as our fault. – Refund (if any) will be processed after we receive the parcel back, and actual shipping + return-to-origin (RTO) + packaging/handling charges may be deducted. – For wholesale/bulk orders, we may offer a re-dispatch on payment of additional shipping charges.

9) Inspection, Shortage, Damage & Claims

Any issue like shortage, wrong item, damage, missing accessories, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (recommended: within 24 hours). Unboxing video + clear photos of outer packaging (label visible) may be required for verification—especially for breakage/damage. Claims raised after 48 hours may be treated as closed/accepted delivery (particularly for wholesale/bulk orders).

10) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns/refunds/exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy (available on the Website). Where there is a conflict, the Refund & Returns Policy will apply to return/refund situations. We do not accept returns that do not meet the stated eligibility criteria.

11) Wholesale/Bulk Orders (B2B) – Special Terms

Bulk/wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange due to change of mind, design preference, shade/finish preference, market demand, or resale issues. Only verified manufacturing defects / transit damage / wrong supply may be eligible for replacement/credit note as per verification. Resolution for wholesale claims may be: replacement / repair / credit note / partial refund, depending on stock and practicality. For wholesale orders, any “minor variations” as described in Section 3 are not defects.

12) User Responsibilities & Prohibited Use

You agree to: – Provide accurate personal and shipping information. – Use the Website lawfully and not attempt hacking, unauthorized access, or security breaches. – Not misuse coupons, place fake orders, or engage in abusive conduct with staff.

13) Intellectual Property

All Website content (images, logos, text, product names, designs, layout) is owned/licensed by Gunjan Chudi. You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce it without written permission.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: – We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential losses (profit loss, business loss, resale loss, etc.). – Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. – We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control or incorrect information provided by the customer.

15) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier disruptions, government actions, etc.).

16) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.
